These Terms of Service govern the purchase and use of digital products offered by Mofu Mofu Japanese Academy, located in Japan, through the website https://mofumofu.academy ("Site"). By purchasing from our Site, you ("Customer", "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
Mofu Mofu Japanese Academy provides live online Japanese language lessons conducted via video call. Each lesson type is described in detail on its respective course page. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the course description and understand what is included.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of Stripe.
3. Delivery of Digital Content
Upon successful payment, you will receive confirmation of your purchase. Lessons are scheduled via Cal.com — you will be able to book your lesson times directly through the booking link provided. If you experience any issues, please contact us at the support email below.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, Mofu Mofu Japanese Academy does not offer refunds once access to the course materials has been provided.
This policy is clearly stated prior to purchase and applies to all digital products available on the Site.
5. Payment & Service
Payment period: Prepayment
Service provision period: Services will commence after payment has been completed.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at mofumofu.academy.jp@gmail.com. Please cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
Subscription Plan: No refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Mofu Mofu Japanese Academy is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal license to access and view the purchased course materials. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
